Cancellation Policy: 

Free Cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival 

7-3 days prior to arrival 30% cancellation fee 

2-0 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee 

Refund Policy: 

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days 

Refunds may be subject to banking fees not exceeding R250 per transaction.
